Domaine de la Grange des Pères, founded by Laurent Vaillé in 1989, is one of the Languedoc’s most iconic estates. The domaine crafts powerful yet elegant Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Grenache blends, combining low yields and meticulous vineyard care to highlight the potential of the region’s unique terroirs.
Located in the Terrasses du Larzac, the estate benefits from a Mediterranean climate with significant diurnal temperature variations, preserving acidity and balance in the wines.
The limestone-rich soils contribute to the wines’ structure, depth, and minerality, creating bold yet refined wines with exceptional aging potential.
