Domaine du Clos des Fées, established in the Roussillon by Hervé Bizeul in the late 1990s, has become one of the region’s most innovative wineries. Known for its Grenache and Syrah blends, the domaine combines low-intervention winemaking with meticulous vineyard care to craft bold yet balanced wines that reflect the rugged beauty of the Languedoc’s terroirs.
Located in the Roussillon, the estate benefits from a Mediterranean climate with abundant sunshine and cooling mountain breezes that preserve acidity and freshness.
The schist and clay-limestone soils contribute to the wines’ structure, depth, and minerality, creating powerful yet elegant wines with a distinctive sense of place.
