Founded in 1930, M. Hostomme is a family-owned Champagne house based in the village of Chouilly. Now in its fifth generation, the estate is dedicated to producing wines that reflect the character of their Grand Cru vineyards. M. Hostomme is located in Chouilly, a renowned Grand Cru village in the Côte des Blancs, the epicenter of Chardonnay production in Champagne. The region’s cool climate and proximity to the Marne River create ideal conditions for crafting elegant, balanced sparkling wines with vibrant acidity and longevity.
The terroir of Chouilly is characterized by pure chalk soils, which enhance water retention and provide essential minerality to the wines.
