Domaine Duroché, a family-owned estate in Gevrey-Chambertin, dates back to 1933. Now helmed by Pierre Duroché, the estate focuses on low-intervention winemaking to highlight the nuances of its exceptional vineyard holdings, including several Premier and Grand Cru sites. The wines are celebrated for their finesse, purity, and terroir-driven style.
Situated in Gevrey-Chambertin, in the Côte de Nuits, the estate benefits from a semi-continental climate with cool evenings that allow for slow ripening and aromatic complexity in Pinot Noir.
The limestone-rich soils provide excellent drainage and a mineral backbone, resulting in wines with structure, elegance, and the capacity to age beautifully. These terroirs bring out the depth and precision of Gevrey’s Pinot Noirs.
