Domaine Hubert Lamy, established in 1973 by Hubert Lamy, is a highly regarded family estate in Burgundy, specializing in Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Now under the leadership of Olivier Lamy, the domaine has gained international acclaim for its precision and focus on expressing the character of individual vineyards. The 2020 vintage exemplifies the estate’s dedication to crafting wines of purity and depth.
Based in Saint-Aubin in the Côte de Beaune, the domaine also cultivates vineyards in neighboring appellations such as Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet. The region’s cool climate and rolling hills are ideal for Chardonnay, producing wines with tension and elegance, alongside finely structured Pinot Noir.
