Château Pavie-Macquin, a Premier Grand Cru Classé in Saint-Émilion, has been family-run for generations and is co-managed by Nicolas Thienpont and Stéphane Derenoncourt. Known for its biodynamic practices, the estate produces elegant and structured Merlot-dominant blends that reflect the character of its limestone-rich vineyards.
Situated in Saint-Émilion, the estate benefits from a temperate maritime climate that supports consistent ripening and vibrant acidity in Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
