Domaine Bernard Baudry, a family-run estate in Chinon, has been producing terroir-driven Cabernet Franc wines since the 1970s. Now managed by Bernard and his son Matthieu, the domaine practices organic viticulture and minimal intervention, crafting elegant and structured wines that reflect the diversity of Chinon’s soils and microclimates.
Situated in Chinon, in the Loire Valley, the estate benefits from a temperate climate with cooling influences from the Vienne River, preserving freshness and balance in Cabernet Franc.
The gravel, clay, and limestone soils impart structure, minerality, and aromatic precision, creating refined and expressive reds with excellent aging potential.
