These villages align closely with the 4th meridian, inspiring the name 'Longitude.' The vineyards are characterized by chalky soils, contributing to the wine's minerality and precision. The estate has practiced biodynamic viticulture for over 20 years, enhancing the expression of these unique terroirs.
In the cellar, the grapes undergo gentle pressing, with minimal clarification before fermentation.
